Take the EcoChallenge

Reduce your impact on the Earth, and raise money for a good cause, all at the same time! What could be better than that?

For two weeks, October 1-15, 2009, the Northwest Earth Institute will be conducting the EcoChallenge. Pledge to take one of five challenges (or create your own):
  • Save Water,
  • Reduce Electricity Use,
  • Make Sustainable Food Choices,
  • Use Alternative Transportation, or
  • Reduce and Divert Trash
Then get your friends and family to pledge money (hopefully totalling $500 per EcoChallenger) if you accomplish the challenge. All money raised goes to support Northwest Earth Institute programs.

(Disclosure: IWCS uses NWEI materials for our workshops.)
